We are proud to have developed several Ruby on Rails applications for a global player like Software AG. In addition to that, we designed and implemented “LabCase”. The latter is a customized version of Planio which is available to over 6,000 employees and used in more than 1,000 Software AG projects around the world.

Railshoster.de is like valet parking for your Ruby on Rails applications. You take care of the programming and they do the hosting.
Their message is clear: Care about code. Not about hosting. This is also what our solution-driven design communicates. Therefore we centered the products and grouped in-depth information around them.
brandnooz is a an online-platform for people who want to test and evaluate fast moving consumer goods.
We relaunched the brandnooz website in collaboration with our partner pidoco. Complex algorithms on a Ruby on Rails basis generate the product proposals for the testers. Surveys, games and a blog make the testing experience great fun for users all while providing valuable insights for brands.
The Toyota iQ is the world’s smallest four-seater passenger car. To promote the car in Germany the car manufacturer has opened a special store in Berlin.
To market their car the IQ Store chose a content-driven approach through the vehicle of a newsletter. Our job was to create the modular newsletter template as well as a delivery, member management, and analytics service. The product has been realized in cooperation with our partner CleverReach.

Forkmerge is a a software engineering business located in Mallorca. They fork open source software and merge it with their clients goals. Hence the name.
Our job was to do their corporate design and their business website. The idea behind our design was to give the site a look which combines analogue and digital. That’s why the site looks like a big sheet where you can make notes with a fork as a logo.

Planio is the Swiss army knife of project management: It’s an easy to use wiki, a ticket system, a communication tool, a knowledge base, and much more. Planio even won a prize and is one of our current portfolio companies.
Magpie is the world’s first Twitter advertising network. It enables sponsored conversations in a mutually beneficial partnership between advertisers and twitterers.
Jan is father to an idea that lead to a reach of about 31 Million twitterers world-wide and prestigious clients like Heineken, Audi or Burger King. Founded in 2008 Magpie has been acquired in 2011 by IZEA a world leader in social media sponsorships.

SPIELERKABINE.net is an online-platform for amateur football. Players, coaches and fans have the ability to publish what’s happening in their leagues.
Amateur football’s online-dressing room centers around the players own match reports. For this purpose we built a user-generated content platform that follows the Wikipedia principle. Jan co-founded the successful sports community in 2007 which was later acquired by Olympia Verlag, publisher of Germany’s #1 soccer magazine kicker.
For some people it is the trouble-maker in German orthography, for some a shortcoming in typography but to Nadine it is the most beautiful letter – The German Eszett.
The rare Eszett is part of Nadine’s surname Roßa. She loves it so much that she wrote her thesis about it to ensure that “Eine scharfe Type” is shown from its best side. No wonder she won a prize from the German Art Directors Club.
Deposit money for bottles – often unknown to the world but one of Germany’s green habits. The problem: Different bottles, different cash refunds.

Imagine you owe your friend €10 for drinks and he owes €10 to your sister for a present and she owes you a tenner too. So in the end nobody owes anything to anyone. cyclr.com finds and dissolves the cycle even if it isn’t spanning three but three hundred people. cyclr.com was one of Jan’s side projects during his studies.
“Climate Killers” is a sociopolitical board game for young adults with a rather uncommon goal: emit as much CO2 as possible to destroy our earth.
Jenny found it much more interesting to spread catastrophes around the world than just another save the planet game. This unusual approach generates more interest and makes people think about our planet in a different way.

Jan immediately liked the idea of improving the mobility of wheelchair users via an online-map. So he decided to give the project’s initiators, Raul and Christoph of Sozialhelden, a hand with server hosting solutions and special support, when the media go crazy again about the project.

Pfandgeben is a nationwide database of bottle collectors near you. From now on getting rid of your bottles is just a phone call away. The brilliant idea, concept and design is from Jonas Kakoschke.
