And what else is
going on in the universe,

Quite a bit and then some! We‘re not only launchers but doers.
Want to rent a desk in our Coworking space? Want to meet us?

Coworking in Berlin-Friedrichshain

Coworking is when freelancers, students, and web workers share a common place to work.

If you still haven’t mastered the art of balancing your laptop on tiny coffee tables; if you’re tired of being asked if you wanted another coffee every 10 minutes by the waitress just to use the free wifi at your local coffee shop; or if your roommates are making fun of you because you just spent another full week at home without seeing the light of day – then you’re probably ready for a coworking space.

At Launch, we embrace the concept and as such, we’re renting out desks in our gorgeous office in Berlin-Friedrichshain that’s actually the parish house of an old church. We welcome people who don’t want their own office but still would like to have other nice people around – folks to bounce ideas off, go for lunch or maybe devise plans for the next big thing.

We also provide our beautiful meeting room for when our coworkers want to host clients, organize a user group meeting, or even watch a soccer match. Oh, and there’s a roof top terrace, too!

The pricing model is as simple as the concept. We have three plans: Full, Half, and Guest

  • Guest: Only need a desk every now and then? Simply drop in, pick an empty desk and start coworking. A single day ticket costs €15 (€17.85 incl. €2.85 VAT) or €12 (€14.28 incl. €2.28 VAT) if you buy ten at a time.
  • Half: Want to come in more often? With the Half plan, you can cowork with us around 2-3 days a week. At the end of the month that should be about 11 days. The price is €110 a month (€130.90 incl. €20.90 VAT).
  • Full: Now it gets serious! With Full, you can choose & reserve your desk. Bring your screen, your files and folders or maybe your bonsai. The desk is yours. Come in as much as you like for €220 a month (€261.80 incl. €41.80 VAT).

All plans come with the following:

  • beautiful office space in the parish house of an old church
  • quiet and sunny, hardwood floors, roof top terrace
  • the fastest Internet line you can get
(VDSL 50 MBit, wifi or cable)
  • use of printer, scanner, fax, copier
  • large meeting room that seats 12 people easily
  • access to kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker
  • a selection of drinks and snacks

Stuff like drinks and printing paper are provided on a fair use basis, with a pay-as-you-use policy.

If you need a phone line, we can provide a cordless phone and a VOIP line for €10 (€11.90 incl. €1.90 VAT) a month, call charges excluded, of course.

Using the meeting room is included, subject to availability, or €30 (€35.70 incl. €5.70 VAT) per hour if you’re not a regular coworker.

Our coworking space is located at:
Rudolfstr. 14, 10245 Berlin, Germany (check in!)
near S+U-Bhf. Warschauer Straße

Bitcoin payments welcome!

Bitcoin accepted here We’re proud to be Europe’s first Coworking Space to accept the digital peer-to-peer crypto-currency Bitcoin. If you haven’t heard about it, take a moment right now, to learn more about Bitcoin. Some believe it’s the future of money.

In essence, Bitcoin is a new concept for monetary transactions. In contrast to traditional currencies that are issued by governments, Bitcoin isn’t regulated or minted by a central authority or institution. Instead, the collective knowledge of all transactions is shared amongst participants of the network — very similar to how peer-to-peer file sharing works.

So while nobody knows what the future may hold for Bitcoin, it’s a great experiment which we’re proud to take part in. If you’d like to try something new, get a few Bitcoins and pay for coworking with them. Awesome? Yes!
